作品提交規範｜Entry Submission Guidelines

中文朗誦組 Chinese Recitation 須以普通話朗誦，作品題材不限；參賽者可自選朗誦文稿，配樂、服裝與舞台呈現形式自訂。 Participants must recite in Mandarin. The theme of the work is unrestricted. Participants may select their own recitation script, and the background music, costume and stage presentation are self-determined.

英文朗誦組 English Recitation

雙語朗誦組 Bilingual Recitation 可採用中文 + 英文混合演繹，語言比例不限；參賽者可自選朗誦文稿，配樂、服裝與舞台呈現形式自訂。 Participants may perform with a mix of Chinese and English with no restriction on language proportion. Participants may select their own recitation script, and the background music, costume and stage presentation are self-determined.
 

評分標準｜Judging Criteria

總分為100分，評審依據作品整體水準綜合評定，評分維度如下： Total score out of 100. Judges evaluate overall artistic quality according to three dimensions:

• 語音發音 Pronunciation & Diction (50%) 發音準確度、咬字清晰度、語音節奏停頓把控 Accuracy of pronunciation, clarity of enunciation, control of rhythm and pauses.

• 演繹技巧 Performance Technique (40%) 語氣層次、情感起伏、台風儀態；朗誦作品需考量語感感染力 Tone variation, emotional dynamics and stage presence; expressive delivery is assessed for recitation entries.

• 藝術表現 Artistic Expression (10%) 作品詮釋、情感傳達與整體舞台氛圍 Interpretation of the piece, emotional conveyance and overall stage atmosphere.

每一份參賽作品均由兩位專業評審獨立評分，保障評審公平。評審團由協會顧問、教育團體代表及業界資深專家組成。 Every entry is independently scored by 2 professional judges to ensure impartiality. The panel consists of association advisors, educational‑institution representatives and senior industry practitioners.
 

比賽細則｜Competition Regulations

1. 參賽者可提交曾於其他賽事參展之作品。 Participants are allowed to submit works previously entered in other competitions.

2. 報名資料一經提交，不予修改。 Once submitted, registration information cannot be amended.

3. 提交作品須與所報參賽組別對應。 Submitted entries must match the registered division.

4. 若提交檔案損毀、無法開啟，該參賽作品將不予計分。 Entries with corrupted or unopenable files will receive no score.
    

參賽作品要求｜Entry Requirements

1. 作品須由參賽者本人獨立完成，可接受家長或指導老師給予建議與引導。 Work shall be created independently by the participant; guidance from parents or instructors is permitted.

2. 經查實屬代筆、非參賽者原創之作品，將直接取消參賽資格。 Plagiarism or ghostwriting will result in immediate disqualification.

3. 若參賽作品觸犯相關法律，全部法律責任由參賽者自行承擔，主辦協會不承擔相關責任。 If an entry violates any applicable laws, all legal liabilities rest with the participant; the organising association bears no responsibility.

4. 作品不得包含不良價值、爭議性、侮辱性及不恰當內容。 Entries must be free of indecent, offensive, controversial or inappropriate material.

5. 嚴禁出現商業宣傳及政治相關元素。 Commercial promotion and political elements are strictly prohibited.

6. 作品透過WhatsApp遞交；上傳前檔案命名格式：參賽組別_參賽者全名（中文或英文） Submit entries via WhatsApp. File‑naming rule: Division_Participant’s Full Name(Chinese/English)
    

獎項與榮譽｜Awards & Honours

個人獎項 Individual Awards（各參賽組別分開評獎）

• 金獎 Gold Award 90分及以上 90 points and above

• 銀獎 Silver Award 80‑89分 80‑89 points

• 銅獎 Bronze Award 70‑79分 70‑79 points

• 優異獎 Merit Award 69分及以下 69 points and below

得獎者可自費申請印有參賽者姓名的定製獎項。 Award winners may apply for personalised custom‑printed awards at their own expense.

定製獎項於獎項訂購截止日起計8週內，透過順豐速運運費到付寄出。 Custom‑made awards will be dispatched by SF Express (freight collect) within 8 weeks after the custom‑order deadline.
 

團體及導師榮譽 School / Group & Instructor Honours

• 學校、教育中心或團體累計推薦10位及以上參賽者，可獲頒團體獎。 Schools, education centres or organisations with 10 or more recommended participants will receive a Group Award.

• 導師累計推薦5位及以上參賽者，可獲頒導師獎。 Instructors with 5 or more recommended participants will receive an Instructor Award.
   

獎項領取細則｜Award Collection Terms

1. 比賽結果將透過電郵通知參賽者，同時於官方網站公佈。 Competition results will be sent by email and published on the official website.

2. 所有定製獎項將於獎項申請期完結後兩個月內安排發貨。 Custom awards will be dispatched within two months upon closing of the award‑application period.

3. 證書及獎品一律採用順豐速運，運費寄付。All certificates and prizes are delivered by SF Express on a freight-collect basis.

4. 獎品一經簽收，如發生損毀或遺失，主辦方不提供補發。 No replacement will be provided for damaged or lost awards after sign‑off of delivery.

5. 因報名資料填寫錯誤、聯絡失效導致包裹無法派送，主辦方不承擔相關責任。 The organiser is not liable for undeliverable parcels caused by incorrect contact details or communication failure.
    

重要備註｜Important Notes

1. 主辦協會保留權利，可將參賽作品以文字、圖片、錄製等形式作非商業公開展示。 The organising association reserves the right to reproduce and display submitted entries in text, image or recorded format for non‑commercial promotional purposes.

2. 主辦單位有權拒絕格式錯誤、內容不恰當或與賽事無關之參賽作品。 The organiser may reject submissions that are mal‑formatted, inappropriate or irrelevant to the competition.

3. 參賽作品嚴禁包含淫褻、侮辱、仇恨及各類不當爭議內容。 Entries must exclude obscene, insulting, hateful or other contentious inappropriate content.

4. 提交作品即代表參賽者已閱讀、明白並同意本賽事全部規章條款。 Submission of entry signifies that the participant has read, understood and accepts all competition terms.

5. 參賽者如有違反比賽規則，主辦方連同評審團有權取消其參賽及得獎資格。 Violation of competition rules may lead to disqualification or revocation of awards at the discretion of organiser and judging panel.

6. 尊重評審專業判斷，評審給出之分數與評價為專業意見。 The professional judgements and scores delivered by judges shall be respected.

7. 評審團就賽事所有事宜擁有最終決定權，參賽者不得異議。 The judging panel holds final decision‑making authority on all competition‑related matters; no appeals shall be accepted.

8. 主辦協會可在不另行通知下修訂條文及解釋比賽規則。 The organising association reserves the right to revise and interpret these regulations without prior notice.

9. 得獎資格不可轉讓予第三方。 Award qualification is non‑transferable to any third party.

10. 一旦提交參賽作品，即視作完全接納本章程全部內容。 Entry submission constitutes full acceptance of these guidelines.

11. 遇有任何爭議，以主辦協會之最終決定為準。 In the event of any dispute, the association’s final decision shall prevail.
